Delegated Direct Democracy is a form of Direct democracy which uses Delegated voting to solve issues of scaling and voter apathy.
Basic premise
Citizens may not have an opinion on every issue, or any issue. They may not wish to undergo the work of becoming informed on every issue, or any issue. This is a huge part of the reason for forming traditional representative democracies.
Instead of locking-in a delegation of all of one's voting power to a single "politician" entity, as in a representative democracy, this system proposes a generalisation of that under which any citizen may delegate their vote on a particular issue or set of issues to any other citizen. That citizen may in turn delegate to another, and so on.
In the simplest case, this is exactly a parliamentary democracy. In the most complex case, this can model almost any democratic system.

This is a proposal about legislative systems. Executive and Judicial systems are out of the scope of this proposal.
